The funded RNC stooge under the protection of senile tyrant Museveni claimed that Rwanda’s Head of State snubbed Luanda Mini-Summit on Peace and Security even when he was ably represented by Foreign Affairs Minister Dr Vincent Biruta.

It is only in criminal dictator Museveni’s Matooke Republic, where a minister is just a puppet holding a public office without authority to execute his mandated duties including representing the President on international forums,  make decisions or enforce those that are in place.

Like it has been stated before, chief corrupt and bloodthirsty dictator Museveni is the sole troublemaker in DRC and the Great Lakes region at large.

It is senile Museveni that trained, armed and deployed M23 rebels and still commands a group of soldiers who are in Congo under false pretexts of fighting ADF.

DRC will never witness peace when tyrant Museveni is still ruling Uganda.
