Criminal despot Museveni’s failed state is the only country in the region that is grappling with deadly epidemics like Ebola, Covid-19 on top of rampant famine.

If you see dimwitted loudspeakers of senile despot Museveni like Obed Katureebe alias Robert Patrick Fati Gakwerere yelping about Rwanda’s cabinet reshuffles, he actually wished Uganda had Rwanda’s competent health technocrats to save them from the ravaging epidemics like Ebola, Covid-19 or other diseases like Malaria, Polio, etc.

Senile despot Museveni rarely reshuffles his cabinet not because members perform to the expectations but mostly because they are appointed to protect his personal interests and he has to give them time to loot public coffers as well. It is more of mutual benefits in plundering Uganda, oppressing its citizens than to serve constitutional obligations.

A typical example of how Uganda is run like a Kiosk, is criminal despot Museveni’s appointment of his epileptic estranged wife Janet Mwesigwa Makumbi Kataha at the helm of education and sports ministry. Since her appointment Ugandan students lost touch with general education because they were grounded for more than two years – with thousands upon thousands dropping out of school to indulge in illegal, criminal activities.

Like I stated in my previous posts, the principle of accountability and good governance is non-existent in Uganda. Ministers, State Ministers and other officials are appointed not on merit but on basis of “Gamba Nogu” style which is premised on tribalism, nepotism and favoritism.

Ugandans will continue to die like grasshoppers that are fumigated with deadly sprays, as long as evil tyrant Museveni is in charge.
