Senile Museveni remains a big warmonger, and a stumbling block to regional stability despite his much-touted “regional integration” theories that have only remained in his mouth. One can easily find out from the propaganda peddled by his favorite paid troll, a fellow known as Obed Katureebe masquerading as “Robert Patrick Fati Gakwerere” on social media portals.

As regional leaders convened on the sideline of the US-Africa Leaders Summit in Washington DC to review, and exchange views on the full implementation of the Luanda Roadmap and Nairobi Process on the pacification of eastern DR Congo, Museveni (hidden under a facemask) was sleeping. It is well-known he isn’t interested in the peace and security conversation.

The same bloodthirsty octogenarian had dispatched his most favored minion to propagate tired propaganda, aimed at fueling conflict between Rwanda and DRC. For despot Museveni when countries are at loggerheads, it’s time to do dubious business through his proxy armed groups. He invades, loot a lot of natural resources, and kills a lot of innocent people.

Museveni’s barking dog “Gakwerere” was jubilating that Congolese ruler Tshisekedi boycotted a meeting “because he didn’t want to sit with President Kagame.” But one has to be really dumb to believe Gakwerere’s nonsense. What does President Kagame gain by sitting with Tshisekedi? After all it is Tshisekedi’s country in chaos not Rwanda. Tshisekedi himself should be more worried about the problems he’s faced with back home that include over 130 armed rebel groups that are wreaking havoc in Congo, not forgetting despot Museveni’s own proxy groups (M23, ADF).

Secondly, whom is this moron “Gakwerere” trying to fool? Isn’t Tshisekedi busy accusing Museveni of crimes, looting, causing war in DRC, and so on?

This retard Gakwerere’s insults will always be greeted with derision; he really is pathetic.

So if Tshisekedi misses a meeting discussing his country’s rampant issues, who’s losing? Tshisekedi, that is who!

Rwanda’s position always is to seek, and to work together with those that seek peaceful, lasting solutions to the instability in DRC.

But of course this pro-RNC terrorist propagandist Obed Katureebe works around the clock, to muddy such facts.
