Sex-for-grades “Professor” Charles Kambanda has yet again taken his small Facebook audience for a ride, with another fantasy that “the Rwandan President is in trouble”, because of not appearing in the official group photo of President Biden with African leaders.

The fellow who faked his academic credentials to enroll for a PhD program (in which he was subsequently disqualified) is creating an impression that United States officials “snubbed President Kagame,” something that is far away from the truth. But what would one expect of such an idle fellow?

The Rwandan leader had a productive trip to the United States where he held constructive discussions with global leaders including Heads of State/Government, IMF Managing Director among others.

Furthermore, Kambanda won’t tell his gullible followers that President Kagame was invited to different sideline events as keynote speaker, where he shared his perspectives on global and continental challenges including climate change, economic constraints, access to primary healthcare and security threats.

It’s obvious that Kambanda is struggling to secure his December paycheck, but still he should be able to craft substantial arguments to convince his sponsors. There are minimal chances that any sound mind would buy into Kambanda’s nonsensical slanders against a leadership delivering development, and all the benefits of development, to its people.

Being a member of a ragtag terror group-RNC, fraudulent “Professor” Kambanda concocts all sorts of anti-Rwanda smears, to further tensions between Rwanda and Congo. Of course the failed Congolese ruler is a very easy dupe, with his backing of armed groups supposedly “to topple the Rwandan government”, though in the end they will topple him instead.

So, in his deluded mind Kambanda the words of a man who’s struggling with over 130 armed rebellions fighting his misrule, are to be taken at face value? What a tool! In any case, the Tshilombo guy needs to first help himself before backing RNC and FDLR terrorists to “overrun” Kigali.

Kambanda’s rants won’t change the fact that the United States remain Rwanda’s valued development partner. He should be more worried about his next meal, not Rwanda’s relations with another country, nor her foreign policy.
