US President Joe Biden decided to forego (for the moment) sanctions on Ugandan ruler criminal despot Museveni, and invited him to the US-Africa Leadership Summit. But make no mistake: despot Museveni is in the crosshairs!

The role of Museveni in destabilizing the Great Lakes Region is indisputable (who can forget the fine of US$ 10 billion that the ICJ slapped on blood-dripping Museveni for ordering the plunder, mass murders, and other crimes against humanity in DRC!)

However, watching the confused Museveni – in his oversized coats pretending he had anything of importance to discuss in US – the only reason Biden invited him to the Summit was just out of politeness. There can be no real solutions from the Chief warmonger and tyrant, but should sanctions hit him, no one can say he didn’t see it coming.

It now remain to be seen if criminal despot Museveni will just continue to be behave the way he does. However those who know the diaper-wearing tyrant very well are fully aware of his treacheries. He can never be an agent of peace in the region! He has a history of “kulila mu kavuyo” (profiting from chaos!)

The only thing that can ever work on the corrupt, senile tyrant (remember when a New York court convicted him of a half million dollar bribe a few years back?) that likes to stir up chaos for personal gain is heavy sanctions!

Like Obote once observed, criminal despot Museveni is a pathological liar who only speaks the truth by accident.

He has never changed one little bit, and he never will.
