Having spent years under United States sanctions over his gross human rights abuses, criminal despot Museveni through high-level lobbying was allowed to travel to the Unites States for the just concluded US-Africa Leaders Summit.

I saw his obsequious troll, one Obed Katureebe aka “Robert Patrick Fati Gakwerere” jubilating and hyping praises on his sponsor that he, finally, was able to meet global leaders.

Criminal Museveni who’s struggling with fixing the economy in his Matooke enclave, as well as a debt burden of over US$20 billion (of which he has failed to service) had hoped of earning foreign donations and other financial resources including an IMF loan. Everything just vanished in thin air.

The IMF boss Kristalina Georgieva turned down criminal dictator Museveni’s plea for a private meeting where Museveni had hoped to secure another loan from the institution. Owing to his record with funds’ embezzlement and mismanagement, the IMF, the World Bank and other lending institutions vowed to ignore Uganda’s corrupt tyrant Museveni on any issues pertaining to money.

The malwa satisfied nincompoop Gakwerere won’t tell his gullible audience about his paymaster’s embarrassment. The dunderhead will rather invent all sorts of disjointed smears to project his arm-rotting dictator Museveni’s humiliations to President Kagame, but the latter always laughs last.
