Tshisekedi Tshilombo is like those African chiefs of very long ago who would take things like beads, mirrors, alcohol, cloth, and so on, to sell their own people. The inept “accidental president” received a few million dollars (while Congolese in Kinshasa were dying in flooding due to inept, failed governance!) purportedly to “develop an electric battery supply chain”, whereby the US would be buying processed batteries from the extracted minerals. Of course Tshisekedi Tshilombo and his cronies will be processing no batteries. They will only be filling their stomachs as Congo suffers more misery.

But very unfortunately for a greedy geezer like senile Museveni, there can be no deals like that. He has no mineral concessions to give away. Even the little oil in Hoima, he has sold away in advance, and eaten all the proceeds! I wonder whether a propaganda troll like Obed Katureebe (who masquerades on social media platforms as “RPF Gakwerere) that’s on the payroll of senile Museveni cries with frustration because his patron has less to steal?

This Obed Katureebe (a nephew of Karegeya that’s always cheerleading for terror attacks on Rwanda) will die a frustrated fellow! He wishes with all his life that senile Museveni could control Rwanda (using RNC as a proxy) but that will only ever happen in his fantasies. On the other hand, his paymaster Museveni is also getting frustrated – with only limited resources to advance his terror objectives. That’s why he is always hankering to destabilize Tshisekedi Tshilombo, who just foolishly keeps singing his anti-Rwanda songs. What a world!

While in the US, the brutal, murderous ruler of Uganda would have loved to be given a platform, to give lengthy empty platitudes on God knows what. He has no such relevance. He was only a comical figure, gallivanting around on a huge, oversized coat – as if he was herding cows at Rwakitura.

He was simply mocked, and warned on his role on the destabilization of the Great Lakes Region.

How can anyone take a geezer that was convicted in a New York Court for soliciting a lousy (US 500,000) bribe from Hong Kong businessman Patrick Ho!

So, given all this, it is quite laughable to see a troll (terror mouthpiece) like “RPF Gakwerere” ranting with endless lies about the Rwandan president’s visit to the US; when the latter was given awards for fighting Covid-19; had dinner with President Biden after a private meeting with him, and followed up with bilateral meetings with US officials, among other things.

No wonder Obed Katureebe is lying like a madman – jealousy is a very bad thing.
