Definitely, criminal despot Museveni and his estranged wife don’t give a damn about their oppressed and enslaved citizens. Their relationship to them, is that of a master – slave relationship.

One would wish to see a different 2023, the one where criminal despot Museveni will stop committing human rights atrocities, release innocent citizens rotting in the dungeons, cease their economic plundering and give peace and security a chance in the region. But can they?
