Statements on DRC problems by criminal despot Museveni have yet exposed him as nothing else but a bloody thirsty warmonger whose greed on DRC resources is insatiable

In a meeting with members of the press previously, when asked about his approach in solving DRC rampant insecurity problems, the bloodthirsty tyrant of Uganda shamelessly stated that the entire eastern Kivu needs to be cleared of rebel groups.

When he talks of “cleansing the area of all rebel groups” (apparently indiscriminately), senile forgets however that not all groups are like the terrorist outfits he himself has been sponsoring! Or that he has aligned himself with, such as the RNC, or the genocidal FDLR. There are movements, like M23, others are fighting for the very survival, and the natural right to citizenships, of their people.

One doesn’t have to ponder hard to understand statements like criminal despot Museveni’s are mere excuses, to keep his soldiers in DRC doing nothing but plunder, loot, and rape, and all sorts of gross human rights abuses.

Remember the senile dictator is yet to honor the ICJ ruling that he pay US$ 325 millions in reparations over crimes he committed in DRC in 1990s.

While DRC is another pariah state (more like Uganda under the regime of criminal despot Museveni), let it be known that both rulers are failed tyrants, and they are entirely responsible for their own failures. How pathetic then that old, bloodthirsty Museveni can claim to have a solution to DRC’s rampant insecurity issues!

We repeat: despot Museveni’s intent on DRC is none other than continuous blood shedding, and malicious operations that serve him as a pretext to keep his soldiers on ground, with only one goal: looting.

Like we have always argued, the entire great lakes region will never ever have prevailing peace as long as criminal despot Museveni is still the ruler of Uganda. Worse to that a weak link like DR Congo will continue to suffer and pay heavily from his egomania and bloody leadership.

I am just a former NRA Kadogo always on the case of despot Museveni.
