Despot Museveni pockets huge Defence Ministry budget, can’t procure any useful weapon for his army

Uganda’s senile ruler Museveni has again dispatched his stooge Obed Katureebe alias “Robert Patrick Fati Gakwerere” to run smears against the Rwandan President – that “he bought dysfunctional Air Defense System” from China. Apparently because Rwanda decided to let a Congolese military plane go after it violated Rwandan airspace.

This troll Gakwerere misleads only the most gullible. Rwanda’s decision not to shoot down DRC regime’s war plane was deliberate, and in line with Rwanda’s political maturity and commitment to peace, rather than engaging in a war with Congo.

A buffoon like Katureebe (a nephew of a deceased terrorist who is still crying salty tears) of course knows Rwanda’s advanced Air Defense System has all it takes to down not only that crappy Congolese aircraft. But why would Rwanda – which has no interest in wars – shoot the plane? To prove to Katureebe that it can? What a foolish clown! He should instead advise Tshisekedi to focus on implementing signed resolutions from regional peace frameworks than engaging in provocative acts.

As for Rwanda, the capabilities of its Airforce – or other armed forces – do not need the validation of senile Museveni’s minions.

On the other hand, diaper-wearing frail dictator Museveni’s army operates an old defunct Air Defense System, bought during the Obote era. We can’t count number of deadly plane crashes that claimed innocent Airforce officers including senior commanders due to old and faulty military choppers.

The dunderhead Gakwerere would best be advised to desist from discussing military issues; we all know how his criminal patron has degraded Uganda’s army. The huge budget meant for the Defence Ministry and UPDF ends in the greedy bloodthirsty dictator’s bottomless pockets.

I am just a former NRA Kadogo, reminding oppressed Ugandans of the cross that is Museveni.
