Word on the streets has it that in criminal despot Museveni’s Uganda, numerous safe-houses are at ‘full capacity’, meaning they cannot accommodate any more of the tyrant’s victims. The regime is now looking for more houses to serve as torture centers.

For the past few months, a number of innocent Ugandans mostly in Masaka, Wakiso and some areas in Kampala have been faced with new waves of abductions, where plain clothed security operatives working under strict instructions of criminal despot Museveni round them up and then bundle them in masked vans to unknown places.

Relatives of those that were kidnapped have been thronging very many police stations in search of their loved ones and were categorically told to go look for somewhere else. In such cases the abductees are nowhere else but in torture dungeons.

Torture dungeons in criminal despot Museveni’s Uganda are second homes to many. They are normally ungazetted places where he dumps his opposition activists and supporters and subject them to endless torture by starvation, beatings, waterboarding, suffocation and other sorts of mistreatments.

Close to 458 innocent Ugandans have gone missing since November 2020, some of those were eventually murdered in cold blood following long months of torture in safe house. Of those there is a big number of Boda boda riders, supporters of opposition and NUP political activists.

Political prisoners that are still languishing behind bars, the Kangaroo courts of Criminal despot Museveni have failed to try them simply because of lack of incriminating evidences. Their families have been living in endless despair.

A minion mouthpiece like Gakwerere who is protected by the chief abductor criminal despot Museveni knows this and still chose to smear Rwanda to divert attention. A reminder to him that no amount of hogwash propaganda against Rwanda will whitewash Museveni’s heinous crimes.
