In the opening remarks of his speech the arm-rotting dictator opted to talk on idling (In what he termed ‘okukungula’) ; Commodity shortages and high prices. Remember idling is because of unemployment and shortage of commodities at the market is due to gross corruption in his banana republic.

For the despot ruler to attribute the current financial crisis in Uganda to Russia is simply a diversion ploy, before the war in Ukraine, there was too much evidence indicating how Ugandans were starving. We all remember the Karamoja famine that claimed lives of hundreds of Kalimajong people while other Ugandans in different parts of the country were dropping dead on streets because of hunger. The old geezer needs to spin something else.

Just like famine, unemployment in Uganda is as old as criminal despot Museveni’s three and half misrule. One doesn’t need to look too far to understand that the gross corruption administered in public service and government enterprises is the real cause of redundancy and idling especially within the youth .

It’s also important to highlight that favoritism and nepotism has made Uganda more of a property of criminal despot Museveni and his closest cabal while the remaining Ugandans are like strangers in their own countries.

Obviously, the bloody tyrant willingly overlooked key issues like endless abductions, arbitrary arrests, torture and extra-judicial killings of opposition members or any other citizen expressing discontent of his bloody regime.

Corrupt-in-Chief despot Museveni is the master of deceit and it is through such diversions that he has managed handle Ugandans like someone using a remote control. Unfortunately under his bloody despotic leadership Ugandans will continue to suffer.
