Criminal despot Museveni likes dispatching his funded troll Obed Katureebe aka Robert Patrick Fati Gakwerere to run slanders about Rwandan government officials.

Gakwerere’s attacks on members of Rwanda Defence Forces bring an ample opportunity to expose further rogue criminal agents in the failed regime in Kampala.

The senile ruler of Uganda Museveni who has kept a tight grip on the Matooke enclave has a half-Somali brother commonly known as Salim Saleh real names Caleb Akandwanaho. The retired general officer in the UPDF is Museveni’s most favorite pawn whom he has used to plunder Uganda, DRC and South Sudan resources for decades; but the ruthless killer Gen Saleh was too smart to leverage that opportunity and amass more wealth.

Gen Salim Saleh has been on sport over his endless corruption scandals and plundering mineral resources including gold, diamond and timber from Congo between 1996 and 2022. The greedy half Muhima criminal hid behind UPDF’s various invasion to DRC to steal minerals and commit crimes against humanity.

Talking of appalling crimes, Gen Saleh led the most horrible massacres of innocent Ugandans in Gulu- Norther Uganda during his tenure as Army Commander. Known as criminal Despot Museveni’s “Mr Fix it”, Saleh has been stealing public funds, evading taxes through gold, diamond and timber exports; he does so with impunity because nobody can question what senile Museveni’s brother does.

Saleh’s transnational financial crimes has led to confiscation of his overseas-based properties and freezing of his foreign bank accounts in One Swiss Bank in Switzerland and other accounts in the United Kingdom-UK. The International Court of Justice-ICJ slapped criminal despot Musueveni with US$325 million as reparations to the Congolese people following the looting of minerals and destruction of property. This was entirely done by Salim Saleh, but a crown like Gakwerere won’t utter a word about such shenanigans involving his paymaster and his criminal cartel brother.

Salim Saleh aka Rufu (Luganda word meaning death) owns various mega investments in Uganda that cut across Real Estate, Agri-Business, livestock, Banking, Insurance sectors, strategic plots, and luxury vehicles among others. He also co-owns multimillion dollar ventures with criminal business magnet Tribert Ayabatwa Rujugiro including Premier Tobacco Company-PTC that has been financing anti-Kigali terror activities through terrorist Kayumba Nyamwasa’s owned terror group-Rwanda National Congress (RNC).

For a dunderhead like Gakwerere should know that nobody will buy his nonsensical concoctions about Rwanda, her record speaks for its self. Rwandan military officials are guided by the national constitution and institutional code of conduct; whatever allegations leveled against Rwandan government officials won’t turn any head but will die out.
