The favorite troll of senile Museveni, Obed Katureebe alias “Robert Patrick Fati Gakwerere” – whose only job is to publish smears and lies against the Rwandan leadership – is now feigning concern over alleged “confiscated” properties of Chief terror financier Tribert Ayabatwa Rujugiro, and other rogue Rwandan “businessmen.”

To set the record straight, unlike Criminal despot Museveni who hijacked the whole Ugandan private sector and all national resources, the Rwandan President is not involved in business. Neither does he decide what the judiciary does with regards to criminal cases such as that of RNC bankroller Rujugiro.

The Shopping Mall in question – formerly Union Trade Centre (UTC), now Kigali Investment Company – KIC was classified as abandoned, after it was neglected by the owner without legally authorizing another person to manage it as per provision of Rwandan laws. Secondly, the Rogue Rujugiro had run off with a huge backlog of unpaid (or dodged) taxes. The RNC chief financier is a notorious tax cheat, known to commit tax fraud everywhere – such as in South Africa with some time in 2007 had him arrested in London, for dodging its taxes. The London police even put an electronic tag on Rujugiro’s leg, to track his movements in the city where he was confined.

A clown like Katureebe can deceive only the most gullible.

In Rwanda the law works, unlike what arm-rotting tyrant Museveni has turned Uganda into! In Rwanda not only Rujugiro, but all other Rwandans whose properties qualified as abandoned, for any reason, were auctioned by Nyarugenge District, in 2020.

One thing people should always keep in mind is that this Katureebe aka “Gakwerere”, is a thug that also works with the terrorist RNC (founded by Nyamwasa and Karegeya), and thought they would control Rwanda. They failed very miserably. Of course Katureebe, a nephew of Karegeya, is always yapping and whining about Rwanda, after his terrorist uncle died in a Johannesburg hotel.

But let’s get back to this troll, Katureebe’s paymaster, senile dictator Museveni and his dirty, corrupt, unethical business dealings. Museveni owns almost every investment in Uganda. What’s not registered under his names is of course registered on his closest cronies, his children and grandchildren. If you tried to count the private enterprises in Uganda that the tyrant owns, or the lands and other properties he has grabbed, you would never succeed!

Senile Museveni is the thief with the longest arm that the region has ever seen!

Can Gakwerere explain how criminal greedy despot Museveni amassed a fortune of well US$ 4 billion, in such an impoverished country?

The nincompoop should keep his big mouth shut, unless explaining his senile paymaster’s wealth to hunger-stricken, desperately poor Ugandans.
