In December 2021, tyrant Museveni lied to the world, and to the Congolese in particular, that he was “launching $330 million project to construct roads in the Eastern part of DRC to ease trade and movement of people.”

One year later, there is no sight of a plan to embark on that project. Conman Museveni has done one thing he knows best: he has sold the Congolese “air”, while he plunder minerals, and commits other sorts of crimes in Eastern DRC.

Anyone that take criminal despot Museveni’s promises as gospel truth deserves to be fleeced! Which grown person can be so unaware of senile Museveni’s thieving, cheating nature!

When criminal despot Museveni promised Congolese that he was going to build roads in their country “to allow trade between Uganda and DRC,” he made sure he conned its rulers that it was very important to deploy his army in DRC! He had a pretext of “fighting any arising threat that would impede those projects.”

What a conman!

Poor gullible Congolese believed criminal despot Museveni’s empty promises, and lies, and before they knew it, huge chunks of minerals and timbers have been looted to go fill bottomless pockets of the bloody tyrant.

Laughable is he who trusts despot Museveni.
