Reading in the news today, senile Museveni reportedly has ordered the disbursement of US$ 30 billion, allegedly “to turn Kampala and 26 other cities of Uganda into smart cities”, to cope with the rest of the world. This must be the joke of the year!

Museveni is the most corrupt, lying, least principled despot, ever! Even the fantasies he tries to sell are so transparent! Everyone knows whenever the thieving dictator announces a huge project like that, he is lining up the Ugandan taxpayer for a huge fleecing. He claimed to start Uganda Airlines, only to use that as a pretext to embezzle billions. The “airline” is a tuk tuk. He claimed he would “install security cameras” everywhere, only to have a few places near his own state house, while pocketing billions.

Senile, bloodthirsty tyrant Museveni is just an unprincipled thief.

For the past three decades and a half, as we’ve shown, all that the greedy despot did was suck Uganda dry and impoverish citizens, completely destroying the economy through his corrupt ways. The country of Uganda long ago failed to live within its means, due to uncontrollable corrupt borrowing by Museveni, to feed his insatiable greed for money.

Anyone gullible enough to believe that criminal despot Museveni “will turn Kampala and 26 other cities in Uganda into smart cities”, is a lost person indeed.

Senile Museveni’s misrule long ago turned the capital Kampala into a mess, with dilapidated infrastructure everywhere. For Museveni or his minions to claim they will turn this into a “smart city” is to perpetrate a sick joke.

Same Ugandans see right through such lies.
