One reason Obed Katureebe alias “Robert Patrick Gakwerere,” a propaganda troll in the pay of criminal Museveni is so obsessed with the Rwandan leadership is because his paymaster can’t stand the humiliation of turning Uganda into a failed, dysfunctional state. And that’s all that senile Museveni can show after ruling for over three and half decades! So, propaganda clown Katureebe somehow turns his master’s uselessness into a reason to smear Rwanda, at every turn.

But then, for starters Uganda’s senile tyrant has kept a firm grip on the country through criminalization of opposition politics, intimidation and persecution of political opponents and marginalization the Ugandan population living in the strongholds of the opposition as a means to punish them and lure them into joining and supporting his military junta.

Senile Museveni’s vuvuzela Gakwerere has no clue about governance and how functional states operate, he only blindly defends the chaotic cracked system that the arm-rotting dictator brought to Uganda in the name of democracy. But what kind of democracy is that? Opposition politicians are brutally arrested, beaten to a pulp, short dead on streets in broad daylight, elections are rigged through ballot stuffing, voter suppression and disenfranchisement; this what the cancer-stricken dictator and his bootlicker Gakwerere call “democracy”.

Now, of course Katureebe yells on his social media platforms that so and so (in Rwanda) was “arrested”, or “dropped”, etc. This is hardly surprising. How would this fool know what accountability is? He is used to his master senile Museveni’s running of Uganda’s affairs in criminal, corrupt ways, where the biggest thief is Museveni himself! He perpetrates the biggest scams on Uganda, awards mega contracts to himself, his family members, and tribal cronies who then “chew” billions of shillings but deliver nothing. Everyone knows of the mega scandals whereby the Ugandan taxpayer has been fleeced of billions.

But of course no one is ever held accountable in Museveni’s scandals (not one of his cronies is ever punished, however big the crimes they perpetrate!)

This is what this foolish minion “Gakwerere” wants for Rwanda. But since the Rwandan government works in completely different ways, Obed Katureebe has to invent stories, and all kinds of distortions to smear Rwanda with. It will never work.

Museveni and his minion Gakwerere ought to focus on the perpetual mess the thieving dictator has turned Uganda into, even as millions of Ugandans succumb to hunger.
