Dimwitted Gakwerere wished the two countries relationship stalled so he can find a niche of his incessant attacks on Rwandan leaders. One has to be a hopeless sadist to rant about leaders trying their best to restore good bilateral cooperation.

Obviously what Gakwerere writes is a typical representation of his sponsor tyrant Museveni. The octogenarian tyrant of Uganda wants nothing but to sow divisions between two neighboring countries, remember he thrives through chaos, corruption and violence.

History reminds us how despot Museveni once wanted to use the Burundian government to provide support to his formerly backed terrorist group RNC. The terror outfit has close ties to Gakwerere who is a nephew to one of its founders, the deceased terrorist Patrick Karegeya.

Warmonger and criminal despot Museveni is the butcher of Uganda and the only conflict instigator of the region; his plans of destabilizing the region by wreaking havoc, fuel insecurity and violence, have always failed. That is a reality that his motormouth Gakwerere tries to hide everyday. He can only fool the gullible.
