While all other African Heads of State and Governments flew to Ethiopia to attend AU Summit at the end of last week; the one and only regional destabilizer and the butcher of Uganda, tyrant Museveni, was missing in action.

The 36th Ordinary Summit of the AU was, among other things, supposed to deliberate on the continuous unrest in the Eastern DRC, specifically on the ongoing fighting between M23 and FARDC.

Obviously, criminal despot Museveni skipped the meeting because he cares less about any attempt to the restoration of peace in DRC. To tyrant Museveni, DRC is a playground where he exercises his bloody power to enrich himself through looting of minerals and sponsoring of various illegal armed groups to wreak havoc on innocent Congolese citizens.

Ignoring Addis Ababa meeting by warmonger despot Museveni is deliberate and a clear sign he has no intention of stopping his hostile campaign against Congo. Remember the bloody geezer has a pending debt of $325 million, he is supposed to pay to the DRC government for ferocious crimes he committed against Congolese in the late 1990s as ruled by the International Court of Justice-ICJ.

Being the only culprit in the regional destabilization, criminal despot Museveni doesn’t believe in diplomatic approaches to finding peace and lasting solution on DRC rampant problems. As a warmonger and instigator of insecurity in the region, Museveni believes in solving problems through the barrel of guns.

Definitely, tyrant Museveni feared meeting committed leaders that have been working hard to see peaceful solutions attained, and at the end he knows, he cannot wait to sabotage every decision adopted at the summit. Remember the dictator thrives through chaos and violence.

The deceitful ruler of Uganda equally knows he has got some noisemakers like Obed Katureebe alias Gakwerere who will shout on top of their voices to whitewash his crimes in DRC while projecting what he does onto others. The bloody soaked octogenarian is as a malignant as that.

Like we have always argued this region and specifically DRC as a country will never witness peace as long as criminal despot Museveni is still the ruler of Uganda.
