The bloody dictator Museveni was in Teso Subregion this week to support an NRM candidate known as Philip Oucor in the ongoing by-elections in Serere County. He was rallying support to fill the MP vacant seat formerly occupied by Bishop Patrick Okabe whom despot Museveni murdered in December last year.

The absence of Janet Mwesigwa Makumbi Kataha who normally accompanies his pseudo husband in such functions is deliberate and well-calculated. Janet Makumbi is the most loathed person in that in Teso just like in the Northern Uganda. Blame it on organized rackets of human trafficking and empty promises by the arrogant epileptic First Lady.

Very many of you know how some young innocent women have been trafficked into the Middle East for slavery work and other types of exploitations. Many are still suffering and have never found means of returning to Uganda. Well, all reports indicate that majority of those women hail from Teso Subregion. The innocent girls from poverty-stricken families relocate to Kampala in search for a better life.

It is not a secret that the epileptic Mwesigwa Makumbi Kataha alias Elephantiasis is behind the human trafficking and organ harvest of young women in Uganda. Mothers in the region of Serere cannot forgive Kataha for subjecting their children to such life in a bid to enrich herself and her failure to arrest ring leaders in those rackets as she promised in the past.

Very many families have been in severe pain wondering what befell their innocent children who went to Kampala to look for a decent life. However, they were later informed that some of them are working as slaves in the Middle East countries. The pain that criminal despot Museveni’s family has inflicted in daily lives of average Ugandans is unbearable. Yet, they continue to enrich themselves.

A reminder that prior to his departure to Serere despot Museveni knew Philip Oucor stood no chance of winning the by-elections for it is one of the strongholds of opposition parties like NUP and FDC. But he chose to do what he does best, put up a show of the mighty, hold rallies for his hated NRM peeps, give empty promises and if need arises wreak terror and violence.
