Politics of rats in Uganda, things Gakwerere will not write about

Last week, Dr Monica Musenero, the Minister in charge of Science in the office of despot Museveni, took a box full of rats to Parliament. Musenero who apparently is part of designated task force of scientists appointed by inept despot Museveni, was trying to explain to lawmakers the Government science initiatives on vaccines, and how rats are used as experimental guinea-pigs.

However, what lawmakers and members of the public questioned was, why did Musenero take the rats to Parliament rather than inviting the MPs to science labs where such experiments take place? Poor rats, according to her, could not even survive because they were exposed to an outside environment.

While other countries are putting up state-of-the art vaccine plants and high tech science labs, despot Museveni’s scientists are roaming around at Parliament showcasing rats in boxes. These are things the ever-barking dog of despot Museveni Gakwerere will not write. He is as ashamed as other Ugandans but for some hostile reasons the goon gives himself the audacity of criticizing transformational policies in Rwanda.

In despot Museveni’s pathetic leadership nothing work right, Musenero’s shipping of rats at Parliament represents the destitute state of Uganda’s politics. Things that minion Gakwerere will not write. Pathetic!
