A despicable liar in criminal despot Museveni cannot deceive anybody that he is in for restoration of peace in the war-torn Northern Kivu. On his Twitter account he has just announced that he will send his troops to fight under EACRF mandate.

Dirt dealings of despot Museveni in DRC have always been about wrecking terror, conduct mass rape, kill, and plunder resources of the mineral-rich areas of DRC at an industrial scale.

A reminder that as of now, criminal despot Museveni is yet to disburse more than $300 million to the DRC government over crimes committed there in the 1990s as ruled by the International Court of Justice (ICJ) based in Hague.

Rather than paying the charged compensation, the bloodthirsty dictator has been forcing his way into DRC again on the pretext of fighting Alliance Democratic Defense (ADF). ADF is the sole creation of dictator Museveni according to Jamil Mukulu, the group’s former rebel commander who is languishing in prison back in Uganda.

Since the unrest and fighting in the Eastern DRC, ADF garnered morale and logistics to cause more mayhem in Uganda. They even launched two offensives and raided villages in Ntororo District last year, where they killed civilians and ran away with innumerable amounts of ammunition back to Congo.

What is sad is that while people are losing lives in DRC, despot Museveni is busy at Nakasero State House counting millions of dollars fetched from mining concessions and plundering of timber in Ituri Province. To him, that is the end game. Little does the bloodthirsty dictator care about who dies in DRC as long as he fetches money.
