For the past three decades and half, criminal despot Museveni has categorically failed on positive diplomacy. Too bad he has always envied those who excel in international relations.

Since the tenure of his kleptocratic power, Uganda’s bloody geezer did not only fail at home, his regional and international diplomacy have been nothing but a disaster. From trade disputes with neighboring states to firm sanctions by the West on his repugnant bloody leadership and corruption, the despotic ruler has proven what elders used to call him an unsecure loner.

Pretty clear, the Uganda butcher and the instigator of insecurity in the region has nothing to offer when it comes to constructive diplomacy. Instead, he opted to instruct some of his noisemakers like Obed Katuurebe alias “Robert Patrick Fati Gakwerere” to attack those who are involved in good diplomacy.

A clod like Gakwerere will always yelp that Rwandan President is traveling around the world, when his paymaster is at Rwakitura or Nakasero brutalizing Ugandans and stealing minerals in DRC.

What actually eats both tyrant Museveni and his attacking dog Gakwerere is that Rwanda’s Head of State has what to offer on big tables and he is appreciated. Unfortunately, for them, credible leadership and diplomacy is cultivated and they are too late to learn.
