One has to read Gakwerere’s hopeless rants about Rwanda’s Defense Intelligence and shrug in daze. More like to say so what if Intelligence systems in Rwanda bring good results. What stops criminal despot Museveni’s sponsor to do the same?

If intelligence systems in Uganda under criminal despot Museveni are uncoordinated and deliver zero results as per the country’s aspirations, Rwanda should not be blamed.

Gakwerere’s whining about Rwanda’s positive international reputation and recognition of its servicemen in Global institutions like IMF and World Bank, simply pities his paymaster tyrant Museveni and his inefficient leadership. So what, if Rwanda uses females as intelligence officers, which country doesn’t? Is that rocket science for minion Gakwerere and his sponsor criminal despot Museveni.

The only thing Intelligence Services under the bloodthirty dictator Museveni managed to do, was all about repression to serve the greedy needs of its ruler. They hunt down innocent Ugandans, arbitrary arrest them, send them into illegal detention centers, torture dungeons and some don’t make it (extra-judiciary killed) just to satiate the power-hungry dictator. Such a loss! Other countries know how to put intelligence to good use at the betterment of the citizens.

Positive track record of Rwanda’s social, economic and political transformation will always be a malaise for stooges like Gakwerere who sits in public office eating taxes while taxpayers are dropping dead on streets due starvation. Like one wise man once stated “Everything is good, when politics are right” Unfortunately for Uganda nothing is right under the brutal dictator Museveni.
