The recently concluded Bujumbura Regional Oversight Mechanism of Peace Summit on DRC raised many eyebrows due to the presence of despot Museveni. His “peace and security” credentials are questionable, to say the least.

If the man can’t keep security in Uganda, where else can he keep it?

After the assassinations of Minister Charles Engola and vlogger Ibrahim Olaxes – to mention just the latest deaths in Uganda – many wondered what exactly dictator Museveni is doing in a regional peace process meeting!

Also, what can a regional cancer bring to the table where security and peace are the topics of concern?

As baffling as the tyrant’s responses to these assassinations are, calling the killers pigs- something he embarrassingly refers to killers when he can barely hide his involvement, Museveni thrive in chaos and insecurity is an automatic removal from the DRC peace equation.

Isma Olaxes is one of the people who risked everything for dictator Museveni during the elections, yet he still died like a street dog, not so different from the rest of those that dictator Museveni used and dumped. Those still doing his dirty work have their days numbered.

A simple note to Congolese is that bloodthirsty dictator Museveni and his soiled track record are not one to sit and advise anybody on peace, let alone a weak and failed President like Tshisekedi on how to contemplate on humanity and citizenry when the devil knows nothing of the peace topic.
