Whoever has sent minion Obed Katureebe alias Gakwerere, the ever-noisemaking troll funded by despot Museveni, to advocate for crime suspects in Rwanda is in a somnambulist state. Rwanda, unlike what evil Museveni has turned Uganda into, is a rule-of-law state and everyone must adhere to that principle.

The buffoon has been overboard writing rubbish about a certain Major (rtd) Paul Katabarwa, who is currently detained in Rwanda for having indulged in illegal mining activities and whose concessions have claimed the lives of a dozen Rwandans in Kinazi sector, Huye district in the Southern Province.

Whether Major (rtd) Paul Katabarwa was a celebrated NRA fighter from a Banyiginya clan, in today’s Rwanda, nothing of such make him exceptional or, to say the least above the law. The boat of NRA bush war and tribalism has sailed and Rwanda is on a different course. The argument of the Abanyiginya clan versus others is a non-issue. 

One of the things that will show you that both Gakwerere and his paymaster the senile criminal despot Museveni are stuck in a primitive mentality, is that they will always dig historical rubbish in a hopeless search for validation in the current world trends, typical senility. Even worse, they will try to weaponize the death of Rwigema to push a sick hopeless anti-Rwanda narrative.

If Gakwerere, the criminal despot Museveni protégé thinks, he knows much about the mistreatment of bush war historicals, he should tell us the fate of devoted gallant NRA battle-hardened generals like Major Gen. James Kazini, Major Gen. Kasirye Ggwanga, Major General Ben Biraro, Brigadier Noble Mayombo, Brigadier Eri Mwine alias Chefe Ali and others whom his master eliminated on pretexts of tempering with his bloody ruling.

No one is as resentful, ungrateful, unrecognizing, selfish, paranoid, and insecure as criminal despot Museveni regarding committed men and women who helped him ascend to power and install a barbaric corrupt regime. The arm-rotting dictator turned Uganda into a bloody monarch where he rules indefinitely and citizens are his eternal slaves.
