Obed Katureebe alias Robert Patrick Fati Gakwerere, the ever-barking dog of inept bloody thirsty Museveni has been overboard lately claiming that Rwanda has lobbyists who market its image abroad. He specifically mentioned Louis Michel, the former Foreign Affairs Minister for Belgium and his son Charles Michel who is serving as President of the European Union Council.

Truth be told, If criminal despot Museveni, Gakwerere’s sponsor is frail enough not to build credible and productive diplomatic relationships, why does he have to throw tantrums on Rwanda and its leaders? Tyrant Museveni’s incompetence and persistent diplomatic blunders should never be blamed on Rwanda; how can they stoop so low?

Gakwerere could not have chosen a bad time to propagate such nonsense when his sponsor criminal despot Museveni is between a rock and hard place for enacting contentious legislations subjecting him and his cronies to harsh sanctions by the west; the ruthless despot called for sanctions he should stand ready and face the music.

It is high time the bloody geezer understands that Uganda is not his personal kiosk and should not continue to land-lock it geographically and economically. His contemptuous behaviors towards the west does not make him any better or patriotic enough. The bush-war mentality unfortunately hurt Ugandans more than him, his immediate family and his cabals.

As for minion Gakwerere, Rwanda’s diplomacy gets better every day, he will bark till he runs out of oxygen, little do Rwandans care. He is like a dog baying at a moving train.
