The minion has been all over talking about the just concluded East African Heads of State Extraordinary summit that took place in Bujumbura last week. The buffoon had the audacity to smear Rwanda’s Prime Minister because he challenged Congolese Foreign Affairs Minister on M23 affairs.

Gakwerere’s continuous yapping in support of inept accidental President Tshisekedi is a testament to nothing else other than the fact that he has been fighting hard to be on the payroll of the DRC regime. As a barking dog of criminal despot Museveni, the greedy propagandist just like many other anti-Rwanda reactionaries, he could not have missed on the payroll of Patrick Muyaya. Muyaya is the mouthpiece of DRC regime who would do everything to see Rwandan image being tarnished to the bone and in Gakwerere they could not have found a better tool.

Truth be told Rwanda has been thriving to show everyone that DRC’s problems are specifically Tshisekedi’s own business, but as usual in a desperate attempt anti-Rwanda minions like Gakwerere will fight hard to pin Rwanda. Obviously for Gakwerere it is because he wants to protect his sponsor for crimes he committed there, the same crimes whose International Court of Justice- ICJ is based on the rule that Uganda should pay a whole sum of $325 million in reparations.

If Gakwerere cares enough about DRC issues, he should start by reminding his protector criminal despot Museveni to pay DRC’s pending dues. The rest is nonsensical outcry to justify his pay-cheque.
