The recent reshuffle in Rwanda Defense Forces has loosened further the canon of a one Obed Katureebe alias Robert Patrick Fati Gakwerere a dimwitted troll and insane anti-Rwanda buffoon sponsored by criminal despot Museveni. One wonders why the inept dictator and his ever-yelling troll can’t focus on taking the corrupt and rogue offices in the Ugandan army- UPDF and stop poking their noses into Rwandan affairs.

Gakwerere’s nose sticking in Rwanda Defense matters does not make him or his sponsor criminal despot Museveni any better. All they are trying to do as usual is creating hopeless projections to cover serious rot at the heart of UPDF, the same army that inept despot Museveni has turned into a militia with demoralized soldiers.

It is a known fact that very many men and women in uniforms in Ugandan forces are unhappy about the way the regime of the ruthless dictator has been treating them which has subsequently impacted their combat readiness. That is why the recent onslaught of UPDF by Alshabab militant in Somalia was very catastrophic.

UPDF troops that serve in various missions away, like the contingents in Somalia, have been expressing discontent over salary delays that can go up to 12 months, stipends and other forms of beneficiaries that are never given to them for greedy purposes of despot Museveni.

These are things that clod Gakwerere should be writing about and stop his gibberish fictions about Rwanda and its leaders. Imagine the dullard has the audacity to begin his post with lines like “Everyone in Rwanda expected….” Who is everyone in minion Gakwerere’s mind, under what authority does he speak on behalf of Rwandans, which Rwandans can associate with a mouthpiece of a terrorist organization like RNC or an insane obsessed anti-Rwanda nephew of slain terrorist Patrick Karegeya?

The confused self-entitled Gakwerere useless posts about Rwanda defence and security affairs is not because he is knowledgeable about what has been taking place, he does so to cover failures of his paymaster criminal despot Museveni on security matters in Somalia.
