It has become customary that changes in Rwandan leadership send tremors in the anti-Rwanda circles. Subsequently, Uganda backed RNC terror group dispatches nincompoop propagandists- Obed Katureebe aka Robert Patrick Fati Gakwerere, Charles Kambanda, David Himbara to shape false narratives intended to confuse Rwandans. 

Despot Museveni’s favorite Munyampi Gakwerere rides on half-baked intelligence to forecast an imaginary war between Rwanda and DR Congo. As we have always argued, whenever criminal dictator Museveni’s dull-witted troll peddles such kind of fiction, just know the center cannot hold anymore in the bloody anarchy of his paymaster. 

Just a sneak peek in what’s happening in Uganda under the reign of the arm-rotting tyrant Museveni; Ugandans are hungry, it’s increasingly become difficult to eke out a living owing to a bleeding economy where the Ugandan shilling is on a free fall, billions of money meant for agricultural inputs such as fertilizers and equipment have been syphoned by Museveni and his closest cronies leaving 42 millions of impoverished Ugandans for the dead. Then, this begs a serious question of when will cancer-stricken despot Museveni’s Munyampi raise such pertinent issues? 

Although matters to do with effective governance are alien to despot Museveni and his funded yelling dogs, reshuffles in leadership are normal in functional states like Rwanda; unlike in Museveni’s enclave where government appointments are lifetime.

Rwandan appointing authority will always make changes in government institutions to advance national agenda; nobody gives a damn whether criminal despot Museveni’s attacking dogs bark or spin the appointments.
