Uganda’s feeble and old dictator Museveni has always fallen prey to his ever-yelling dog Obed Katureebe alias “Robert Patrick Fati Gakwerere” when it comes to Rwandan affairs. Since the bloodthirsty ruler Museveni indulges in poking his dirty noses into Rwandan matters; the witless minion takes him for a ride by feeding him half-baked intelligence on Rwanda Defense Forces-RDF.
Away from clown Gakwerere’s falsehoods, Maj Gen Aoys Muganga was dismissed due to constant abuse of alcohol; the General officer was counselled, and reprimanded several times till it became unbearable for well-known professional and discipline force like RDF to tolerate his misconduct, hence his dismissal. Another General officer- Maj Gen Brig. Gen. Francis Mutiganda was dismissed due to gross insubordination. Everybody will agree with me that any professional army, unlike despot Museveni’s militia-like army, would make such conscious decision to uphold discipline and military profession ethics.
The lunatic minion Gakwerere thinks people don’t know what takes place in the Ugandan army, where we have had repetitive shooting incidents as result of excessive alcoholism. Some have also been hospitalized while others were shot dead by their bodyguards; but then even a layman will tell you why, it’s despot Museveni’s poor understanding of how security agencies are run; soldiers’ lack ideology, training, and incentives to effectively discharge their duties. Why would anyone blame a UPDF soldier for criminality when he/she has spent 8 months without pay? The bootlicker Gakwerere should discuss issues affecting his arm-rotting dictator’s outlaw state not Rwanda.
Incoherent utterances of blood-soaked dictator Museveni’s dull-witted minion Gakwerere about the Rwandan Army puts his paymaster on the line. Imagine a situation where a UPDF senior military officer is filmed on camera drinking urine? Is that an army or a Mai-Mai sort of militia, and myopic troll Gakwerere still get guts to brag about Museveni’s might forces, what a joke!
Rwanda is a country governed by the rule of rule, that’s why you will see the Military Spokesperson holding press briefings to inform the public about changes in the army leadership and other engagements.
In a military junta like Uganda; whatever happens in the army is the business of the despotic ruler Museveni alone, promotions and appointments are not made on merit but on what tribe or ethnicity and region one hails from; nepotism, elimination of dissenting voices have led to demoralization of the uniformed personnel thus increasing the crime rate in the banana republic.
