Criminal despot Museveni who is yet to pay US$ 325 million reparations to the Congolese Government for his crimes against humanity committed against Congolese from 1995, is still committed to perpetrate a lot more crimes with impunity even after defying the court order by International Court of Justice-ICJ.

The pamper-wearing octogenarian Museveni shows no sign to end the perpetuation of crimes and infiltration of security institutions to cause more chaos in the Kinshasa regime which has already been messed up by rudderless leaders.

The latest from Kinshasa indicate that Ugandan bloodthirsty ruler has installed moles in both Defence, Security and Intelligence agencies in Congo, setting the ground of an imminent coup to depose Tshisekedi. The ruthless murdered Museveni believes Tshisekedi is a stumbling block to his selfish interests in DRC. When you hear Museveni’s funded troll Gakwerere attributing whatever crimes being committed in Congo to the Rwandan President, just know the clown is creating a distraction aimed at concealing his paymasters’ lootings and killings in that country.

Cancer-stricken despot Museveni who has become a cancer to regional stability, created proxy terrorist groups such as Allied Democratic Forces- ADF to invade DRC, where he now counts over 2900 troops engaged in perpetrating ferocious felonies and pillaging mineral resources which only benefits the greedy octogenarian and his closest cronies.

Whatever claims the nincompoop minion Gakwerere brings up, that “RDF-M23” has captured new territories, these are part of a smokescreen, to draw attention away from protests by Congolese that have been thronging the streets calling out despot Museveni’s crimes! No sane person will buy into such nonsense.

The regional destabilize will have to carry his cross.
