Despot Museveni’s nincompoop troll, Obed Katurebe alias “Robert Patrick Fati Gakwerere”, ever a laughing stock, is now discussing matters to do with “use and dump.” The halfwit buffoon omits that his greedy paymaster is the master of politics of deceit and “friends of benefit” sort of relationship.

Those who know Uganda’s tired, old octogenarian tyrant Museveni well recall how he appointed his bush-war fighters and NRM senior operatives to various government position and empowered not to serve the nation but his selfish interests. Nobody could have imagined that the blood-soaked octogenarian can kill his childhood buddy and closest associate Eriya Kategaya, his own former Army Commanders like Gen James Kazini, Gen Aronda Nyakairima, people like Brig Chefe Ali Museveni and Brig Noble Mayombo who had been fighting and defending him since their guerilla days in 1980s; but bloodthirsty ruler, Tibuhaburwa did just that.

We know people who delivered distinguished and dedicated services to Uganda whom include Maj Gen Kasirye Ggwanga, Col Ibrahim Abiriga, AIGP Andrew Felix Kawesi, Maj Dr Sheikh Muhammad Kiggungu to mention but a few, their only reward was sidelining them on Katebe, depriving them of all state privileges, hence eliminating them through poison and shooting in broad daylight. Whenever the retard troll Gakwerere thinks of blackmailing President Kagame, should first alter these facts in the minds of Ugandans.

The use and dump only finds its true meaning in despot Museveni’s matooke enclave, his political machinations will compel him into doing unimaginable things just to satisfy his insatiable hunger for power.
