In an act of sheer, shameless greed, the bloody ruler of Uganda, old despot Museveni has okayed the establishment of yet another shadowy security group, the so-called NEC security services limited’ (NSSL), a terror organ that will be working under the ambit of something called the National Enterprise Corporation (NEC).

NEC under the command of one Lt. Gen. James Mugira is one of business arms of the UPDF and has been handling criminal despot Museveni’s side businesses using facilities, capabilities of the country’s national force which is UPDF. The new armed force will be nothing short of mercenary groups – along the likes of Wagner Group in Russia.

Of key responsibilities assigned to the so-called armed private company under criminal despot Museveni, there will be ensuring safety and security of the country’s oil and gaz infrastructure; telecommunication projects, mining concessions and other high lucrative businesses.

A reminder that the core mandate of UPDF is to preserve and defend the sovereignty and the territorial integrity of Uganda. Unconstitutional as it is, one will need to question how long will despot Museveni misuse taxpayers’ money to build his own business empire.

The creation of the UPDF proxy force (NSSL) to handle criminal despot Museveni’s bloody businesses comes at a time when many UPDF soldiers have lost morale due to worsening welfare which has led many to engage in illegal activities, attacking businesses, shooting their officials, and or committing suicides.

Only in the Uganda of senile Museveni can a national force be turned into a mercenary group to handle businesses of a ruthless bloody dictator. Do not be shocked if you hear the group’s pioneer recruits have been sent to DRC to provide shanty services there, it will be nothing but looting resources on behalf of the bloody dictator.
