Yesterday, Uganda’s frail ruler, criminal despot Museveni met a delegation from the United Kingdom specifically from Malaria Technology Limited, who promised to work with his Government in sterilization of male mosquitoes as the best strategy to reduce the deadly prevalent Malaria.

The octogenarian ruler who seemed excited about the new venture, tasked the scientists to begin a pilot phase in Bukidi Area which prompted social media enthusiasts to question the fate of many ambitious projects that criminal dictator Museveni signed and ended up as white elephant projects.

Criminal despot Museveni will exploit any opportunity to make a fortune, while enslaving long-suffering Ugandans, the Hydrogen project which he signed with Hollywood star Terrence Howard did not even go on papers, just like Akon (the Senegalese musician and philanthropist) futuristic city that was supposed to develop at $6billion to address shortage of modern housing in Kampala. The same happened to similar projects like the one he signed with Kanye West to build a Jurassic park to boost tourism and or the one he signed with a quack Professor Sarfaraz Khan Niazi to build a pseudo Covid19 vaccine based on herbal concoctions with the help of rats experiments.

Of all those projects signed, billions of Ugandan taxpayers’ money have already been syphoned during the purported pilot phases. As usual from a dysfunctional Government no proper follow up is done by either criminal despot Museveni or his closest cronies in leadership. Such money would have been spent to cater for dilapidated health and education infrastructure and or other needs in the country.
