On the 19th of this month, criminal despot Museveni met a DRC delegation led by Tony Kanku Shiku, the Adviser of inept accidental President Tshisekedi and accompanied by Hon Mbusa Nyamwisi, the State Minister Foreign Affairs.

According to despot Museveni, they discussed mutual interests. This is nothing but a naked lie, what the tyrant says in public is not what he does in private. Everyone who understands the modus operandi of the despot in terms of diplomacy knows he is always eyeing where he can loot and in DRC, he has got a deal.

Meanwhile, I hope that among the deliberations they had, the renowned regional cancer despot Kaguta Museveni, who plundered DRC since 1996 agreed this time to pay $325 million he owes Congolese as ruled by International Court of Justice (ICJ) on its verdict of 8th of February 2022.

The deceitful ruler of Uganda, tyrant Museveni, has shown no sign to end the perpetuation of crimes and infiltration of security institutions in DRC with an aim of wrecking more chaos in Kinshasa. The octogenarian ruler will stop at nothing to serve his bloody interests.

A reminder that ruthless despot Museveni thrives through chaos and violence. Peace to him is intolerable, how otherwise would he be able to sell guns to warring parties or send his corrupt maniacs to loot minerals, trade timbers, or involve in land grabbing.

Despot Museveni has never shown any good intentions on DRC, just like many other neighboring countries. He tried to destroy Sudan, he wrecked Somalia, He tried to destabilize Rwanda but failed miserably, he economically sabotaged Kenya and many more that is what he does better.
