The octogenarian ruler of Uganda, criminal despot Museveni has finally boarded a jet to St. Petersburg in Russia, in what his office referred to as “Russia-Africa summit.” He hasn’t been traveling for a longtime due to diplomatic embargo.

For those who know the habits of the Ugandan dictator Museveni, there is nothing pertaining to Africa or its wellbeing, he has gone to advocate for in Russia, he has gone to beg, relieve himself from international isolation and squander Uganda taxpayers’ money while his citizen starve at home.

A reminder that the cancer-stricken tyrant rarely travels, not because he doesn’t want but because he is completely isolated from the rest of the world. Many countries in Europe and America have expressed concerns about his bloody repression and autocratic leadership and had since decided to slap travel bans against him and his cronies.

Ignore the dictator’s empty tweets full of verbosity about strengthening trade and cooperation. Uganda, in its economic state has nothing to trade with Russia or any other country for that matter. What the dictator is looking for is to have a minute with Russia’s leaders and beg for more arms and money to cause trouble at home and in the region.

The isolated sick criminal who usually travels with his moving toilet (a van that the country pays heavily to cater for his medical needs) has equally been struggling to convince foreign investors to tap into his shunned oil project, and this time he is banking to his presence in Russia to see whether he can deceive some. Those that he tried to lure before refused because his approach of oil exploration is old and climatically hazardous.

Meanwhile his protected barking dog in Obed Katureebe alias “Robert Patrick Fati Gakwerere”, instead of telling Ugandans how much money will be wasted on this useless trip, is busy smearing Rwandan diplomats. As if that will ever address loneliness of his sponsor criminal despot Museveni. What a deluded minion!
