Uganda’s cancer-stricken dictator Museveni dispatched his pay-per-post troll Robert Patrick Fati Gakwerere to mudsling the Rwandan President following recurring official visits by global influential political and business leaders to Kigali.

The clown Gakwerere is throwing tantrums all over social media platforms just because nobody is interested in associating with the corrupt gourmand dictator Museveni anymore.

The brainless Munyampi is yelling over Rwanda’s effective foreign policy that has yielded milestones through signed cooperation agreements in various sectors including security, trade, investments, infrastructure development and agriculture. In an outlaw state like despot Museveni’s Matooke republic, such is a distant dream. When other sober leaders spent time formulating policies to uplift their countries and the people, Gakwerere’s bedridden sponsor is pre-occupied with assembling his ministers to his garden, teaching them history and sipping on millet porridge; only an outright idiot will expect results from this kind of mediocrity.

Much as we understand that the pamper-wearing tyrant Museveni is undergoing the toughest moments of reign of terror after enacting the Anti-Homosexuality bill which was followed by punitive measures by the Western world and the World Bank-WB suspending aid, the dimwitted troll Gakwerere’s utterances and insults won’t fix Museveni’s self-inflicted woes.

Despot Museveni should shift focus on pertinent matters that are of importance to Ugandans including feeding them since the third of the entire population slid in abject poverty, barely affording one meal a day.

Criminal despot Museveni’s brainless Munyampi Gakwerere ought to counsel his criminal paymaster on the next course of action after suspension of Uganda’s public financing by the WB.  Poor myopic and enslaved Ugandans should steel themselves for tougher days ahead; cutting aid to a third world, moreover, corrupt country like Uganda, ain’t business as usual.

At the back of his malfunctioning brains, the Munyampi Gakwerere thinks by attacking President Kagame, his criminal paymaster’s heinous crimes and leadership failures will be swept under the rug, not a chance. The more he tells lies about Rwanda, the more the greedy dictator is stripped naked.
