In 2018 criminal despot Museveni commissioned a multi-million-dollar factory named “Sun-belt mining limited” at the foot of Mount Moroto in Karamoja. The $18 million project was supposed to extract gold, marble, granite and Limestone, but hasn’t produced much so far.

Having lied that the factory belonged to Chinese whom he referred to as investors, gullible and oppressed Ugandans didn’t know that the factory belongs to the corrupt greedy ruler Museveni under the disguise of the Chinese investors.

To understand how the bloody mafia regime works, the so called Chinese investors mostly from Hong-Kong are taken to Uganda Registration Services Bureau (URSB) and register businesses in their names when in actual sense they are the guardians of criminal despot Museveni’s companies.

All Chinese mining companies operating in Karamoja mostly in the mining of gold, marble and limestone are sole properties of despot Museveni himself who runs the looted assets together with his Somali half-brother Caleb Akandwanaho alias Salim Saleh alias Rufu (death) and sometimes his estranged wife epileptic Janet Mwesigwa Makumbi Kataha alias elephantiasis.

It is important to note that all extracted Gold, Limestone and Marble are transported to Tororo Cement Company by Salim Saleh’s transport companies (Saltrans or Gulu logistics hub). Some of these minerals don’t have to go through Kampala because there is a busy airdrome close to Africana Hotel that is used by the company shipping them for international markets.

The mineral companies which spreads across the bedrock of Karamoja sub-region from Amudat district across Moroto, Kotido and Kaabong districts are all guarded by the regime’s special elite force which is SFC. For some reasons, some Ugandans thought that the heavy deployment of UPDF/SFC in Karamoja was to handle cattle rustlers but in reality they are there to protect criminal despot Museveni’s property. The companies are heavily guarded by soldiers and no one goes there without the clearance.

To be precise in Karamoja we can note the presence highly trusted Bahima senior military commanders like Major General Don Nabasa who is the Commandant of 3rd Division; Brigadier General Felix Busizoori, Deputy Division Commander; Brigadier General David Byaruhanga, Commandant of 505 brigade; Lieutenant Colonel Fred Wemba who is the Intelligence Officer (IO) of the Third Division, his comrade Lieutenant Colonel Richard Batungi and a certain Major Muhoozi who is a Commandant of another brigade in Tororo. All of these people work for criminal despot Museveni alone.
