At the start of the weekend, Ugandans woke up to a disheartening story of the demise of a celebrated cardiologist Dr Aggrey Kiyingi who hitherto has been living in Australia after a forced exile from criminal despot Museveni’s brutal regime.

Late Kiyingi was among dissidents who fiercely critiqued criminal despot Museveni’s failed regime, he has specifically been advocating for human rights, multiparty system, as well as freedom of assembly and was vocal against enforced disappearances, extra-judicial killings of opposition members.

The death of academic Kiyingi is definitely not an isolated case from other transnational crimes including murders committed by Uganda’s bloody killer despot Museveni against his critics, opposition politicians and supporters. It is important to note that Dr Kiyingi had expressed interests in vying for the presidential seat come 2026 like he did in 2016.

From rigid arms and legs, jaw tightness, muscle pain and soreness, high body temperature, uncontrollable arching of the neck and back, blood vessels, kidney & liver damages, leading to internal organs failure death, all point to the same modus operandi of despot Museveni’s assassination using military high grade poison.

Kiyingi went into forced exile in Australia after the ruthless regime of criminal despot Museveni had killed his first wife Robinha Kiyingi and disdainfully accused him for her murder. The brutal junta of despot Museveni had equally accused Kiyingi of funding the Allied Democratic Forces (ADF) sleeper cells and killings of Muslim Sheikhs.

To the family of the deceased, we can only say that our prayers and thoughts are with you, we can as well state that one-day justice for your loved ones, just like many other victims of the bloody dictatorship of Museveni will be served. Stay strong.
