Why is criminal despot Museveni’s barking dog Obed Katureebe alias Gakwerere noising about high level appointments of Rwandan diplomat in New York?

Since yesterday the stooge working for criminal despot Museveni has been yapping that Ambassador Claver Gatete has been appointed as UNECA boss and that Clare Akamanzi will replace him.

Obviously, the loudspeaker of incompetent and corrupt Museveni is yelping because his boss’s diplomatic record is stained with stinking corruption and none of his goons has ever been found credible to lead any international institution.

Gakwerere, a buffoon who looks at everything from the lenses of sexuality believes that Rwandan diplomats are chosen on basis of bedroom affairs like what happens in his Matooke Republic.

Well, if lumpen Gakwerere will have to rant at every appointment Rwandans are designated to serve at the international level, he will run out of oxygen. He is in for a shock.
