Just yesterday, in South Sudan, a rebel group under the name of Joint Command Council (JCC) led by a certain Cde John Aboreouo Akuer announced a siege of Nimule, a small city located few kilometers from Juba.
Upon the siege of the town, the rebel group stated that civilians are instructed to evacuate the city to give way to fighting against South Sudanese force. They further announced that any moving vehicle that will be sighted in the area will be considered a camouflaged carrier of military cargo and therefore will be shelled.
Definitely criminal despot Museveni is behind that so-called “siege.” He has been arming South-Sudanese rebels to cause insecurity and chaos. Remember the conflict between Dinkas and Neuers that is still prevailing has been partly fueled by the dictator in Uganda as a mean to sell arms to the warring parties.
As Mzee Boniface Byanyima used to describe, the arm-rotting dictator is an insecure loner, a ruler that thrives on chaos and insecurity. Tyrant Museveni is a cancer to both Uganda and the region. Because of him, people have borne the blunt of his 37 years of terror, impunity and thuggery.
The brutal senile dictator of Matooke Republic has to be put to order regardless of what it takes. His human rights crimes in the Great Lakes Region, reckless leadership, massive looting and plundering, economic mismanagement of both Uganda and DR Congo shouldn’t be ignored nor accepted.
