Obed Katureebe alias Robert Patrick Fati Gakwerere, was everywhere on social media wondering how Rwanda’s first lady was conducting a high level meeting in the US while Rwanda’s Head of State was chairing a Mobile World Conference in Kigali.

Gakwerere a lumpen stooge of criminal despot Museveni, obviously can’t understand how Rwanda manages to remain on top of things, yet it is simple. It is all about a visionary leadership unlike in the failed state of Uganda where nothing works.

A reminder that as we post this, many countries including US, UK and others have issued new travel documents following a brutal shooting that targeted two foreigners who were on honeymoon in Uganda’s Queen Elizabeth national park.

Uganda under criminal despot Museveni is a failed state and it will remain one. A corrupt brutal murderer who has held Ugandans hostage of his own open prison has nothing to offer at the global stage.

Unfortunately, despot Museveni’s barking dogs like Gakwerere will always shout but cannot cleanse his bloody reputation. And if Gakwerere is to bark at every milestone Rwanda and its leaders achieve he will run out of oxygen.
