Last week, criminal despot Museveni’s army announced an amnesty offer for Allied Democratic Forces (ADF) rebels in exchange for their abandonment of rebellion activities against the government.

For those that have been following the campaign to uproot ADF by despot Museveni’s government, extending amnesty for rebels is nothing but a defeat. It is an acknowledgement that the rebels are more tactical and the only way to handle them is to tease them into negotiations.

While despot Museveni is busy thumping his chest that he has been wiping the rebels in the thick forests of DRC, the truth is that UPDF has been losing number of soldiers in those confrontations and rebels have overpowered them to make deadly stray attacks within Uganda.

As a brain child of criminal despot Museveni, ADF has grown to be a monster that cannot be controlled by Museveni to the extent of challenging him battle-wise, murdering innocent Ugandans at home, preventing him to loot DRC resources at peace and expose his leadership weaknesses.

Interestingly, the loot that despot Museveni plunders from DRC are as much as what he spends fighting a senseless war against ADF. In the end he loses both the money and personnel. Unfortunately, that is no way different from his type of tyranny rule, it has always been loss after loss.

They say, if you are dining with the devil, you better have a bigger spoon, despot Museveni thought he was smarter than the enemy he created, he got challenged, exposed and is giving in for useless amnesties. Total failure like his regime.
