For the past four weeks, no statement issued from criminal despot Museveni’s office went without mentioning ADF in whatever context. It is typically clear the terror group remains a painful sharp thorn in his daily businesses.

Criminal despot Museveni who claims to have flashed out, wiped, annihilated, crashed and destroyed a terror group, has never been in a self-deceit situation like he is today. In ADF, criminal despot Museveni created a monster that has outgrown him.

In total shame Museveni has now started to scapegoat the west for sponsoring the terror group after failing to battle them at home and in DRC. Referring to his empty statement the criminal dictator penned yesterday, ADF has now ceased to be his own child and became a product of the west.

Why can’t this dictator concede to a monster he himself created? why can’t he accept that he was wrong to create a heinous machine to terrorize Ugandans and now that it has come back to haunt him? Why does he have to scapegoat the international community due to his recklessness, greedy and bloody intentions?

Created to mistreat Ugandans and plunder DRC resources, Museveni is spending more money than what he steals in DRC in fighting the terror group. For those who knows how repressive regimes function, they definitely have an idea of how much state coffers are drained to sponsor protections of dictators but also to fight opposition, critics and anyone they call enemies.

Since adoption of previous budget in June this year, the funds that have been dedicated to developmental projects have been wasted into buying arms and other sophisticated weapons. For example, criminal despot Museveni gave orders to triple military spending up to Sh40 billion ($346.7million) in purchase of arms.

ADF terrorists are still active and dangerous despite Museveni saying he wiped them inside Uganda. Just last week, the same terrorists the despot claims to have destroyed almost blew up people at the Nyege Nyege festival in Jinja District. Reports claim that plans did not go as planned as the attackers later abandoned and melted into crowds of party revelers.

Just to set record clear, ADF is still active and remains as dangerous as it was when criminal despot Museveni created it with intent of repressing Ugandans and cause chaos in neighboring countries like DRC as a proxy.
