The concession speech by the outgoing Liberia President George Weah who has just served one term in office took Ugandans by storm with many on social media wondering what befell their country to be ruled by greedy despot like Museveni.

Criminal despot Museveni definitely will go down in history as the most ruthless, inept and a greedy ruler who deliberately crashed all principles of a credible leadership and established a regime based on lies, machination, violence and corruption.

Using force and manipulation Museveni altered the constitution to give himself more time in power. Like many dictators’ criminal despot Museveni has tempered with the prime law two times, one was when he wanted to institute a provision about the eligible age to vie for the office and when he suppressed multiparty system to avoid competition.

Since his tenure in 1986, ruthless tyrant Museveni ruled Ugandans on a master servant relationship, all the legislations set in place were in his favor of clinging onto power by suppressing and stifling any opinion that does not rhyme with his wishes. The brutal ruler ensured there was no legal framework to challenge his regime.

In all elections where he posed as a candidate, Museveni lost and forced the electoral commission to announce himself as a winner. It is so interesting that just yesterday, the current Chief Justice Alphonse Owiny Dollo, who announced him as the winner of previous elections was complaining about ministers who are grabbing lands in Acholi region and nothing was done.

In all seven terms criminal despot Museveni has been in power it is important to note that he never won any elections. It was all about fraud where the voting was neither fair nor free. Completely marred with irregularities, buying voters, staffing ballots and brutalize contesting counterparts.

Failing to deliver on promises, Museveni opted for violence and corruption to keep Ugandans in control. As usual in a failed leadership like Uganda no one expects any tangible results based on promises of the sitting regime. What criminal despot Museveni did was to tighten security around himself, terrorize Ugandans and enrich himself with the country’s endowed resources.

Those that the despot did not brutalize, he conned them with all sorts of corruption to keep them by his side and guarantee his rule. It is common knowledge that senile Museveni is the father, the son, and the spirit of corruption in Uganda and beyond.

While we have noble statesman like George Weah surrendering power to the able leaders in Uganda we have masqueraders in Uganda like despot Museveni whose 37 years in power defines nothing but autocracy. Criminal despot Museveni is not fit to be a president and Ugandans continue to pay heavily.
