The previous terror threats and bombs that exploded in Kikuba/Kampala, comments by the Head of Public Services on corruption explain one simple thing, criminal despot Museveni is a tired ruler who runs a country by mouth not by actions.

For two months in a row, despot Museveni has been ranting about ADF, the more talks, the latter gets stronger and more threatening. Just last week police reports claimed the terror group planted bombs in some parts of Kampala, some exploded while others were miraculously defused.

Meanwhile criminal despot Museveni alias Sabalwanyi is always on social media pumping his chest that he has chased ADF back to DRC thick forests, it seems his security organs have gotten so lose that no one is able to foil terror threats anymore. While the security of Ugandans is not assured, ADF which is a monster created by Museveni is getting more dangerous.

The war on corruption in despot Museveni’s Uganda has remained a tongue twister, no tangible action has ever been taken. The octogenarian dictator is a ruler who preaches water during the day and drink wine at night. He has completely failed to fight corruption from all angles and functions of government.

In previous comments about corruption Lucy Nankyobe, the Head of Public Service and Secretary to the Cabinet stated that Nepotism, tribalism, and political patronage in recruitment processes eroded public trust. She further said the public in turn loses trust in the fairness and impartiality of public institutions.

Corruption in Uganda is the oxygen that runs the government what pretentious servant Nankyobe doesn’t know is that Ugandans have, for long, gave up on fairness and transparency as far as the brutal government of criminal despot Museveni is concerned.

Despot Museveni promised Ugandans that November violence perpetrators and other criminals will be held to account, two years later no justice served. While the bloody dictator had praised the massacre and commanded his killer-squads for a job well done, he later said that government would consider compensations for victims.

In a sheer act of shame recently, recently Kangaroo courts of despot Museveni ruled that surviving family members of Amos Ssegawa, a 15 years old boy who was shot dead during the November Massacre, should be given Ugx50 million as compensations. This was the most disdainful act towards the victims.

Senile bloody dictator Museveni is a ruler who is not fit to sit at Nakasero State-House, he should be in Rwakitura grazing cows. He is a deceitful liar that runs a country on Lugambo/verbosity with zero action.
