On December 10th while addressing a congregation at Kololo, criminal despot Museveni publicly declared he doesn’t need America and that he goes there as a favor. Truth of the matter is Museveni and the poverty-stricken Uganda needs America more than ever.

In the absence of America, the mercenary UPDF cannot survive. As of now criminal despot Museveni receives more than $1billion a year from the US coffers to finance operations, training and purchase of UPDF arms.

Despite going long months without payment, most of UPDF officials rely on such funds for salary and other operations since the usual dedicated budget from the ministry of finance is always diverted to serve different greedy interests of criminal despot Museveni.

If America closed taps now, the entire mercenary would cause a regime change as the dictator would not have anything to feed them.

Without African Growth and Opportunity Act (AGOA), Uganda’s highly indebted business companies will file for bankruptcy. The boastful remarks of despot Museveni at Kololo were equally a subsequent response to a painful decision by the US to remove Uganda from AGOA scheme.

Reports indicate that Uganda so far has been raking close to $40 billion from agriculture products which go through AGOA window. The amount itself indicate that America holds by far the largest part of Uganda’s economy whose trading companies will cease to exist if the US decides to maintain its AGOA decision.

Like we have always argued that criminal despot Museveni is a deceitful liar that preaches water at noon and drink wine at night. When AGOA permit was revoked, the despot was quick to dispatch his son-in-law Odrek Rwabwogo to try salvage the situation, but it was all in vain, they are all known to be greedy corrupts.

Museveni himself relies on reliable accurate intelligence by Americans for own security. There is no single doubt the dictator has managed to remain in power because the US’s strategic protection.

It beats someone’s understanding to hear a senile dictator that begs US days and night arrogantly claiming that he needs nothing from America and that he has everything at home. What exactly does he have in Uganda, dilapidated hospitals, potholed roads, stinking corruption, hunger and starvation, a destroyed economy?

Dictator Museveni is a beggar whose survival relies mostly on protection and financing of the US, he should keep quiet and eat his crumbs.
