Since ascending to power criminal despot Museveni has used exploitative Machiavellian methods to sustain his brutal regime and influence. In so doing he resorted to use regional countries as terror base to serve self-interests.

DRC was one of the famous bases used by Museveni to wreak chaos, fuel conflict, economic plundering and killing of his enemies. A country like DRC, failed as it is, became an easy target for the Ugandan ruler who did not only intrude it for economic plundering but committed all sorts of atrocities.

A rebel group like ADF which he himself created to use as a pretext in the invasion of Congo is one of the main sources of instability in Uganda and DRC, human rights reports indicate more than thousands of Congolese and hundreds of Ugandans who have lost lives due to its terror attacks. The resurging terror group even committed attacks in Kamwenge yesterday and killed seven innocent Ugandans.

Criminal despot Museveni equally used DRC as a launchpad of offenses against Rwanda through RNC military wing P5 while many of its armed men were captured alive and are undergoing trials in Kigali, others were neutralized and decimated in the thick forests of Minembwe.

Like DRC, South Sudan suffered the same fate. It became a battle field for criminal despot Museveni’s terror attacks to fight the established government. Recently, in October a rebel group under the name of Joint Command Council (JCC) led by a certain Cde John Aboreouo Akuer announced a siege of Nimule, a small city located few kilometers from Juba.

Definitely criminal despot Museveni was behind that so-called “siege.” He has been arming South-Sudanese rebels to cause insecurity and chaos. Just like he orchestrated the assassination of John Garang after the latter warned him of interfering in South Sudan independence.

Remember the conflict between Dinkas and Neuers that is still prevailing has been partly fueled by the dictator in Uganda as a mean to sell arms to the warring parties.

Despot Museveni stabbed Somalis in the back by working with Alshabab to keep AU paycheque. Somalia became a key element in Museveni’s calculations for political survival when a heavy deployment of Uganda’s army in Congo could no longer be justified.

Criminal despot Museveni repeatedly sabotaged efforts to find sustainable solutions for Somalia, which would render Uganda’s presence in that country and Museveni’s utility to donors obsolete. Fact is the longer he stays the more damages he causes.

With his expansionist ideas and blind fantasies of being a regional dean, criminal despot Museveni applied intruder techniques to wreck tension, terror and violence in a drive to purport himself as the regional master of solutions.

The brutal senile dictator of Matooke Republic has to be put to order regardless of what it takes. His human rights crimes in the Great Lakes Region, reckless leadership, massive looting and plundering, violence and insecurity shouldn’t be ignored nor accepted.
