Oppressed Ugandans have often employed humor, joking about the demise of criminal despot Museveni. Some even wondered why death took other leaders, but skipped the old geezer, but truth be told, despite clinging on, Museveni’s body remains nothing but a sanctuary of diseases. He is a dead man walking!

In the last few public events, the dictator was seen walking with a stick. Interesting that he can’t stand on his own, but he has guts to take the lives of innocent Ugandans just to cling onto power whose obligations he is not fit to fulfill.

For the past five years, Museveni has been under regular treatment for three chronic cancers, namely caricinoma(skin cancer), leukimia (blood cancer) and laryngeal (larynx cancer). In 2015, there were media stories that his hand was rotting and being eaten away, and it is indeed true his arm has been disintegrating but it is not yet chopped.

Struck by Covid last year, Museveni has not completely recover, the virus damaged some of his breathing organs and he necessitates some extra oxygen to stay alive, according to Nakasero State House sources who know very well what it means to house all these troubles. 

As national coffers are being emptied regularly to cater for expensive treatments of the octogenarian, destitute Ugandans die in hospitals because of lack of basic medical services. We have said it before and we will always say it, the dictator of Uganda is still determined to die in the office instead of living to see anyone else rule while he is alive.

As mysterious as death can be, for morality purpose, no sane mind would wish one’s death, but the frail dictator would have known that everything is paid down here on earth. He might oppress and repress Ugandans as much as he wishes but nature has a way it pays in equal measures.
